NTT Precision Medicine and Integrity Healthcare Announces Capital Alliance

NTT Precision Medicine, Corp. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Koji Korekawa, hereinafter referred to as “NTT Precision Medicine”) and Integrity Healthcare, Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Chairman: Shinsuke Muto, President and CEO: Ai Sonoda, hereinafter referred to as “Integrity Healthcare”) are pleased to announce that they have entered into a capital alliance. NTT Precision Medicine, a new company that was launched in July 2024 by bringing together the assets and resources related to the NTT Group’s medical and healthcare businesses, intends to make Integrity Healthcare an equity-method affiliate as the first capital alliance since its establishment. Through close capital and business collaboration, the two companies aim to achieve continuous business growth and social contribution in the medical and healthcare fields in Japan.
